2. Question: One of the DVB-T24 is not working properly, the signal reception is poor and it does not always have a signal, the others are working fine, what could be the problem?
Answer:
- Please check whether the power indicator lights of the four antennas are on.
- In the same test environment, is there the same problem when the two TV boxes are swapped antennae?
- Press MENU to the OSD menu, and choose the manual channel search to see the tv signal strength and signal quality.
- Enter the OSD Menu settings-> System, do Restore Factory Default, and Auto search and test again.
